Dose Images Reconstruction Based on X-ray-Induced Acoustic Computed Tomography

چکیده

The accurate reconstruction of the in vivo dose is a critical step radiation therapy. X-ray-induced acoustic imaging promising technology for reconstruction, as it enables nonradiative and noninvasive monitoring dose. However, current X-ray methods suffer from several limitations, including high signal-to-noise ratio, poor quality massive loss structural information. To address these we propose image method based on tensor sparse dictionary learning. Specifically, combine coding with compressed sensing data, extend two-dimensional learning to three-dimensional by using product, then utilize spatial information signal more efficiently. reduce artifacts images caused spare sampling, design alternate iterative solution coefficient dictionary. In addition, build system, simulate signals patients’ Sichuan Cancer Hospital, create simulated datasets. Compared some typical state-of-the art methods, experimental results demonstrate that our can significantly improve reconstructed accuracy distribution.

Dose in x-ray computed tomography.

Radiation dose in x-ray computed tomography (CT) has become a topic of high interest due to the increasing numbers of CT examinations performed worldwide. This review aims to present an overview of current concepts for both scanner output metrics and for patient dosimetry and will comment on their strengths and weaknesses. Controversial issues such as the appropriateness of the CT dose index (C...

High Resolution X-ray-Induced Acoustic Tomography

Absorption based CT imaging has been an invaluable tool in medical diagnosis, biology, and materials science. However, CT requires a large set of projection data and high radiation dose to achieve superior image quality. In this letter, we report a new imaging modality, X-ray Induced Acoustic Tomography (XACT), which takes advantages of high sensitivity to X-ray absorption and high ultrasonic r...

X-ray computed tomography.

X-ray computed tomography (CT), introduced into clinical practice in 1972, was the first of the modern slice-imaging modalities. To reconstruct images mathematically from measured data and to display and to archive them in digital form was a novelty then and is commonplace today. CT has shown a steady upward trend with respect to technology, performance and clinical use independent of predictio...

Effects of X-Ray Dose On Rhizosphere Studies Using X-Ray Computed Tomography

X-ray Computed Tomography (CT) is a non-destructive imaging technique originally designed for diagnostic medicine, which was adopted for rhizosphere and soil science applications in the early 1980s. X-ray CT enables researchers to simultaneously visualise and quantify the heterogeneous soil matrix of mineral grains, organic matter, air-filled pores and water-filled pores. Additionally, X-ray CT...
